 بھی غلط نہیں کیا ہے۔۔۔

اب آپ کھینگے کہ وہ سردار بنا ہے تو گندوز بلکل روایات کے مطابق سردار بنا ہے سرداروں نے اسے منتخب کیا تھا

اب آپ کھینگے کہ انہوں نے چڑیلوں کو قبیلہ بدر کیا تو بلکل ٹھیک کیا کیوں کہ گندوز ایک سردار تھا اور سردار کی اطاعت واجب ہوتی ہے اب جب وہ عورتیں باغی بن گئی تو وہ سزا کی مستحق تھی

اب آپ کھینگے ایک ماں کو اسکے بچے سے جدا کیا تو یہ بھی ٹھیک کیا تھا اسی کی حفاظت کیلئے کیا تھا اگر چہ وہ ایک ماں کیلئے مشکل لمحہ تھا

اب آپ کھینگے کہ وہ عالم شاہ کے کھنے پر سردار بنا تھا تو پھلی بات یہ کہ گندوز کیلئے عالم شاہ کی بات کی کوئی اھمیت نھیں تھی بس وہ تو قبیلے کو بغیر سردار کے چھوڑنا نہیں چاہتے تھے دوسری بات یہ کہ اگر عالم شاہ کی بات کو اھمیت دی بھی تو ٹھیک کیا کیوں کہ وہ قبیلہ اور عثمان کی حفاظت کیلئے سردار بنا تھا اسکی نیت بلکل ٹھیک تھی وہ دندار کیطرح نھیں تھا جو موقع ملتے ہی عثمان کا گردان کاٹتے گندوز بے کو موقع بھی ملا تھا اگر نیت خراب ہوتی تو عثمان کا سر جسم سے جدا ہوتا اور آج دنیا سلطنت عثمانیہ نھیں بلکہ سلطنت گندوزیہ کی گیت گاتی (مجاق😄)

اب آپ کھینگے کہ وہ گیھاتو کو فوج دینے والا تھا تو دراصل وہ فوج نھیں دیتا تھا وہ کوئی نا کوئی راستہ نکالنے کی کوشش کرتا تھا اللہ نے وہ عثمان کے ذریعے نکال دیا

تو عثمان نے کیا کیا کہ گندوز کو اپنی بیویوں سے معافی مانگنے پر مجبور کیا جو عرفا اور رواج بھت برا لگتا ہے

بابر نے فوراً پورا شاہی لباس پہنا اور بن ٹھن کر شبانی خان کے سامنے بیٹھ گیا‘ وہ آدھا دن شبانی خان کے سامنے بیٹھے رہے‘ پورے جسم پر شدید خارش ہوئی 

لیکن بابر نے خارش نہیں کی…

کیا عبادت میں نیابت جائز ہے؟

آج کا سوال:

حج بھی نماز اور روزے کی طرح جسمانی عبادت ہے،کیا عبادات میں نیابت جائز ہے،کیونکہ" حج بدل" تو سنتے رہتے ہیں،نماز اور روزے کے بارے میں سننے میں نہیں آیا ؟

جواب: بدل سے مراد ہے:عبادت میں نیابت

یعنی کسی شخص کا دوسرے کی طرف سے عبادت ادا کرنا،

اس طرح کہ وہ( جس پر حقیقت میں عبادت فرض تھی) فرض سے سبکدوش ہو جائے۔

شریعت کا اصول یہ ہے کہ بدنی عبادت میں نیابت یا بدل کی گنجائش نہیں ہے۔

جس عاقل و بالغ مسلمان مرد یا عورت کے ذمے شریعت نے فرض عائد کیا ہے اسی کے ادا کرنے سے وہ فرض سے عہدہ بر آ ہوگا اور فرض ساقط ہو گا۔کسی اور کے ادا کرنے سے فرض ساقط نہیں ہوگا۔

روزہ بلا عذر یا عارضی سبب(سفر،مرض)سے چھوٹ جائے تو اس کا بدل قضاء ہے،

دائمی عذر( ضعف یا مرض) ہو تو اس کا بدل فدیہ ہے۔

حدیث پاک میں ہے کہ " کوئی شخص وفات پا جائے اور اس کے ذمے فرض روزے رہ گئے ہوں،تو اسکا ولی اسکی جانب سے روزے رکھے"

اس حدیث پاک کا منشا یہ ہے کہ اس کا ولی اس کی جانب سے قضا شدہ روزوں کا فدیہ ادا کرے،

اگر وفات پانے والے نے وصیت کی ہو تو یہ حکم وجوب پر محمول ہوگا ورنہ یہ حکم استحبابی ہےاور ولی یا ورثاء کی مرضی پر موقوف ہے۔

نماز میں بدل یا نیابت کا کوئی تصور نہیں ہے،بصورت عذر بیٹھ کر،لیٹ کر اور اشارے سے بھی پڑھ سکتا ہے اور بلا عذر نہ پڑھے تو قضاء ہے۔

مالی عبادت میں شریعت نے نیابت کی اجازت دی ہے۔یعنی ایک مال دار شخص اپنی زکوة یا فطرہ ادا کرنے کے لیے کسی کو اپنا نائب بنا سکتا ہے۔

حج میں بدنی اور مالی دونوں پہلو ہیں،اس لیے اس میں شریعت نے نیابت اور بدل کی گنجائش رکھی ہے لیکن جو مال دار شخص تندرست ہے اور خود حج ادا کرنے پر قادر ہے تو زندگی میں اس کے لیے بدل کی گنجائش نہیں ہے۔

اگر بیمار ہے یا ضعیف ہے یا معذور ہے تو کسی کو اپنی طرف سے" حج بدل" کرنے پر مامور کرے یا عذر ومرض کوئی سبب مانع(رکاوٹ) تو نہیں تھا لیکن بدقسمتی اور لاپرواہی کی بناء پر زندگی میں فریضہ حج ادا نہیں کر سکا،تو موت سے پہلے حج بدل کی وصیت کرے اور کسی وارث یا غیر وارث کو اس پر مامور کرے۔

اگر کوئی عذر مانع(رکاوٹ) بھی نہیں تھا اور بدقسمتی سے موت سے پہلے وصیت بھی نہیں کی تو ورثاء اگر اس پر رحم کرتے ہوئے رضا کارانہ طور پر خود اس کا حج بدل ادا کردیں یا کردیں تو اللہ کی رحمت اور کرم سے مغفرت کی امید کرنی چاہیے کہ شاید وہ فرض کو ساقط فرما دے،ورنہ اجر سے تو یقینا محروم نہیں فرمائے گا۔

نمازی اور راہ گزر کے درمیان کم از کم کتنا فاصلہ ہونا چاہیے؟

بحوالہ سوال نمبر 471 ، یہ معلوم ہے کہ نمازی کے آگے سے گزرنا بہت ہی بڑا گناہ ہے۔ براہ مہربانی لوگوں کی آسانی کیلئے یہ واضح فرمائیں کہ نمازی اور گزرنے والے کے درمیان فاصلے کی حد کتنی ہونی چاہے کہ اگر اس سے زائد فاصلے سے گزرے تو گناہ کا مرتکب نہ ہوگا۔ ایک مکتبہ فکر کے نزدیک تین صف اور دوسرے کے نزدیک صرف مقام سجدہ سے گزرنا گناہ ہے اور اس سے زائد فاصلہ ہو تو گناہ نہیں۔ براہ مہربانی اس بارے میں درست حکم کو شرعی دلائل سے واضح فرمائیں۔ شکریہ

جواب:

نمازی کے آگے سے گزرنا گناہ ہے اور اس بارے میں جو وعید آئی ہے قابل توجہ اور اس پر عمل کرنا ضروری ہے۔ چونکہ اکثر مساجد میں جمع کثیر کی وجہ سے اکثر اوقات نمازی نماز سے فارغ ہو کر مزید انتظار نہیں کرتے اور مسجد سے نکلنے میں جلدی کرتے ہیں۔

اس بارے میں علماء کرام نے لکھا ہے کہ نمازی نماز میں نظر سجدہ کی جگہ پر رکھے اور سجدہ کی جگہ پر نظر رکھتے ہوئے آگے جتنی نظر پھیلتی ہے اس جگہ سے بچنا چاہیے۔ تقریباً ایک نمازی کی اپنی صف اور ایک اس سے آگے والی صف سے بچنا چاہیے اگر اس سے زیادہ ہو تو اور افضل ہے مگر اس سے کم نہ ہو۔ اگر انتہائی مجبوری ہو تو نمازی کے سامنے کوئی تختی وغیرہ رکھ کر گزر جائے تاکہ گناہ سے بچا جائے۔
