صمونجو بابا : عشق کا راز
شیخ حمیدِ ولی جنہیں عُرف میں صمونجو بابا کے نام سے بھی پکارا جاتا ہے۔ یہ ایک مشہور ولی ، زاہد اور مدرس گذرے ہیں، جو ترکی کے شہر "بورصہ" میں
مقیم تھے۔
شیخ اپنے زمانے کی متاثر کن شخصیت اور مسلمان درویش کے طور پر جانے جاتے ہیں۔ 1331ء میں قیصری میں پیدائش جبکہ 1412ء میں دریندے میں وفات پائی۔ سلطان بایزید اول نے بورصہ کی معروف جامع مسجد کی تکمیل کے بعد آپ کو وہاں استاد مقرر کیا۔ صمونجو بابا کے شاگردوں میں مولا فینالی اور حاجی بیرم اول ولی شامل ہیں۔
صمونجو بابا ان لوگوں میں سے ایک ہیں جو روحانی علوم کی تحصیل کے لیے انادولو (جامعہ) تشریف لے گئے۔ آپ شام، تبریز، اردبیل جیسے مراکزِ علم سے تحصیلِ علم کے بعد اپنے فرائض کی بجا آوری اور قوم و ملت کی رہنمائی کے لیے بورصہ میں مقیم ہوگئے۔ اپنی زندگی کے روحانی پہلو کو دنیا سے مخفی رکھنے کے لیے آپ روٹیاں بناتے اور انہیں فروخت کرتے، اسی وجہ سے آپ کا نام صمونجو بابا یعنی ’نانبائی بابا‘ پڑ گیا۔ بورصہ میں عظیم جامع مسجد "اولو" کے افتتاح کے موقع پر آپ نے سورہ فاتحہ کا سات مختلف پہلوؤں سے ترجمہ کیا جس سے عوام الناس میں آپ کی مقبولیت بڑھ گئی۔ آپ تشہیر سے بچنا چاہتے تھے اس لیے بورصہ چھوڑ کر "آق سرائے" تشریف لے گئے۔ بعد ازاں آپ اپنے بیٹے کے ساتھ مکہ تشریف لے گئے۔ مکہ سے واپسی ضرور ہوئی لیکن سفرِ عشق تمام عمر جاری رہا ۔
